Cantilever SAW Welding Machine can adopt single-line, double-line or three-line. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, stable and reliable quality, digital display of welding speed, and adjustable frequency conversion.
Feature
All arc guiding movements of Cantilever SAW Welding Machine are realized by pneumatic and mechanical devices.
All pneumatic control components are imported. The synchronous drive system on both sides adopts imported AC frequency conversion control.
The up/down and left/right movements of the welding arm are realized by electric gears and racks to adapt to different H-shaped steel sizes, and avoid stopping in the middle when using gas cylinder transmission.
Cantilever SAW welding machine:
1. The H beam gantry gate welding machine has two structures: Gantry gate move type & double cantilever move type.
2. Gantry gate or cantilever drive method: AC motor and R series worm reducer.
3. Welding speed: 0.15~1.5m/min.
4. Arc guide frame head function is to mechanically track up and down, left and right.
5. Imported frequency converter is able to realize gantry gate or cantilevers stepless speed adjustment, with wide speed adjustment range, high accuracy and constant output torque.
6. Electrical control cabinet includes main control cabinet and remote operation box.
7. Two H beams can be welded at one time.
