Products structure
1. Front roller table: the total length is 15000mm, the width is 3000mm, the main function of the front roller table is to convey the correcting workpiece to the correcting host.
2. Main machine: length 6500mm, width 2000mm, height 2800mm.
The main machine consists of two independent flange correction machines on the left and right.
The main function of the main machine is to correct/straight the flanges on both sides of the H-beam at the same time.
3. Rear roller table: the total length is 15000mm and the width is 3000mm.
The main function of the rear roller table is to transport the corrected H-shaped steel.

1.This straightening machine adopts the overall structure of horizontal correction.
The left flange correction machine is fixed, and the right flange correction machine can be corrected in advance with the change of the web height.
2. This machine adopts a power press roller mechanism to be placed vertically, and can move in both vertical and horizontal directions at the same time to adapt to the change of the height of the H-shaped steel center.
3. The right flange straightening machine can move horizontally on the rolling track. When the height of the web changes, the right main machine can complete the straightening of the flange while moving.
4. This straightening machine adopts a hydraulic system as the flange corrective power, and at the same time realizes the control of high-power linear displacement.
5. This machine uses a pendulum pinwheel reducer with a large speed ratio and a small volume to realize a low-speed and stable transmission.
