Introduction
Size and structure:
The size of the table is 1200 × 1200mm, suitable for flat welding and assembly of small and medium-sized workpieces.
Usually, a single-layer flat structure, no side or bottom extension holes, focusing on two-dimensional (X/Y axis) positioning.
Material and thickness:
The main body is made of Q355 steel (with surface rust prevention treatment) or stainless steel. The thickness of the table top is 8-12mm to ensure anti-deformation ability.
Hole array system:
D16 aperture (16mm), compatible with smaller size fixtures (e.g. M12 bolts), hole spacing 50mm × 50mm, hole density higher than 3D table, suitable for fine adjustment.
