Automatic Welding Positioner
Introduction
Automatic Welding Positioner has various forms such as fixed type, fixed belt rotary type, full station and so on. The boom telescopic adopts frequency conversion control, and PLC programmable controller can be selected. High mechanical precision and accurate positioning. It can also design and manufacture special operating machines for users. The automatic welding machine is equipped with automatic welding, recycling machine, control box and welding power source, submerged arc welding wire feeder and cross micro device.
Working principle
After the workpiece is fixed on the positioner table, the rotation speed, inclination angle and motion trajectory are set by programming.
During the welding process, the positioner is synchronized with the welding torch (or welding robot) to dynamically adjust the position of the workpiece, so that the weld is always in the ideal welding posture (such as flat welding position), reducing manual intervention.
It can support stand-alone operation or be integrated into an automated welding production line to achieve continuous mass production.
