Feature
The Automatic Welding Manipulator is a special-purpose machine that can weld containers and steel structures in all directions by using a variety of welding methods such as circular and long longitudinal welding lines.
The manipulator has a variety of functions: the boom can be retracted in the range of 100-1000 mm/min through frequency conversion, the welding head can be fixed on the cross slide, and the welding power source can be fixed next to the column. The flux recovery system is fixed at the end of the boom.
Usually the bed is fixed on the earth, rotated by a motor or hand, and moved on a guide rail by the motor.
Application
Automatic Welding Manipulator can weld any kind of weld in any way, and is widely used in wind power equipment, pressure vessels, petrochemicals, pipelines, steel structures, boilers, shipbuilding, surfacing and other industries.
